The firm was founded by Mr. MUKUND B. CHITALE, first generation entrepreneur and Civil Engineer in the year 1968, having a proprietary constitution.

Since our inception as a construction contracting firm, 55 years ago, M. B. Chitale Constructions has transformed into a dynamic real estate development firm, named Chitale Housing. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional living spaces that resonate with innovation, quality, and vision. Mr. M B Chitale hails from the ‘Chitale Group’ family, known for the pioneering work in the business world. This evolution was driven by our second and third generation team of Mr. Mahesh Chitale, Mr. Achyut Chitale and Mr. Atharva Chitale who aspire to be more than just builders; we aim to be creators of lifestyles, curators of experiences, and architects of dreams.
